News Fentanyl Vaccine Breakthrough – Potential “Game Changer” for Opioid Epidemic

And how many opioids have Chinese chemists discovered - EVER? IN HISTORY? A clue - it's a round number

No - they COPY. And to them, it's just a product. It could be made ANYWHERE but the Chinese HAVE the 1 tonne reactors, infrastructure and source for pre-pre-precursors. But if that was blocked off - India and MANY other nations would gladly fill the gap. It's just that India doesn't have the experience - but you can surely bring over a few chemical engineers and job done.

Some precursors already get shipped via India so how long before they catch on to the potential profits?

And then others realize the profits to be made... BUT that relies on China shutting down.

It’s interesting that the Chinese seem to be severely challenged when it comes to innovation. Good at copy and theft though. The other day I looked up lists of Chinese inventions and they were anything but impressive.

So many issues with the idea of substance vaccines. Number one in my mind is that they don’t treat psychological addiction. In the third clinical trial the cocaine vaccine showed no significant benefit compared to placebo. It also showed signs of having paradoxical effects due to people using more in an attempt to overwhelm the immune blockade.

The use of vaccines to treat addiction, especially court coerced vaccinations could lead to addicts using immune suppressants to be able to use again. It also could result in increased rates of suicide.

Brorphine is their best effort and that's all based on a US paper, specifically 'Optimization of a Series of Mu Opioid Receptor (MOR) Agonists with High G Protein Signaling Bias' and they managed to read that wrong (unless the p-Br is simply the least nasty).
