The first all female group I was aware of was Clout, sometime in the 70s.
The way the lead singer's right tit was draped over her Les Paul was quite arousing to an adolescent Fubz (and still is tbh...)
Edit: Yes, I know that there were countless all female singing acts before them (e.g. the Shangri-las - sounds like a bunch of scousers), but Clout actually played instruments. With their tits...
