Yea so nobody is taking me seriously with this, so i thought somebody here would know something. So basically I did a big shot( not to crazy) immedietly fell/nodded out. I think i shot it on my couch and woke up on the floor. So as i awaken i notice my left foot is asleep/dead/numb.

So i go to sleep for a few hours and when i wake up my left leg/foot is exactly the same. So im limping around pretty bad thinking wtf did i do now.

Its been about 3 days now and my toes are still cold and numb. the muscle in my calf is really sore. Walking around is almost unbearable. Normally i handle pain pretty well. This is just scary cause it feel like my nerves/circulation has been damaged.

Please if anyone has had this happen to them or knows someone that has, I would appreciate some advice. Im only 29. I really need my leg to start coming back to life.

Lastly, I have been trying every type of remedy and nothing works. Checked WebMD and it said something about "Periphial Nerve Damage"

Thank you.

I'm not sure what would be causing it maybe somebody else here has a better idea but I would certainly recommend getting it checked if it's been like that for a few days. We can't diagnose anything online and it's always safest to have these things looked at even if it turns out to be nothing serious in the end.

Sounds like a pinched nerve but like everyone else stated, no way would could diagnose you over the net, go see a doctor!

I would get to a medical doctor immediately and tell him the exact situation.

It sounds like you should probably think about quitting.

mindbody, I too have had a similar experience, only mine was shortly after stopping my first oral Oxycontin binge at 19, and while high on methamphetamine. Mine happened during sex actually, haha, but I was in a certain position and all of the sudden my entire left arm (all the way from the shoulder to the tips of my fingers) started tingling and went numb. I did nothing about it, and still have the problem in the same exact location, only it is much less severe and does not happen nearly as frequently. I am personally convinced it is nerve damage, but I avoid doctors like the plague except for routine check ups and anxiety medication. One thing I have found, is that the numbness and tingling tends to come back during opiate detoxes. I would not at all recommend that you follow my lead and neglect the issue, though. I didn't have any pain, and also wasn't an IDU at the time, but either way we probably both need doctors, haha. On a relatively similar note, I knew a fellow who was an IV heroin user who had a very similar problem. He didn't go to the doctor either, though, haha.

Anyway, I will go ahead and go with the general consensus and say that although I feel it is probably nerve damage, you should see a doctor. You should also post the tentative diagnosis for stubborn idiots like myself. Best of luck!

You need to seek professional medical advice.

I have been shooting heroin for a while now and have experienced a numb/lifeless foot but for only a matter of minutes before it came back to life.

poor circulation / tingly extrems can be warning sign of a stroke or clot - pls seek medical assistance.

Sounds like nerve damage from passing out in a way that cuts circulation off long enough to damage the nerve. Its happened to many BL'ers and there's been a few threads about it too. One bluelighter ended up paralysed from the waste down from it.

You should go see a docter cause there's no way for me or anyone to diagnose you here.

^^ Most definitely. The longer you wait and debate whether or not this is serious, the worse your condition can potentially get. No one here can diagnose your medical issue, probably not even a doctor, without examining you. Please get a professional to help you.

And keep us updated!!
