Fear. Regrets.

how so? i'm quite certain i have significantly less fear than desire
Question there would be 'when'... could be that desire comes up as an issue more often than fear, but to me the two are in balance.

Could you mention a few things that you most often desire (as example)?
 
stimulation! too often that means drugs =(

OK... as an example then, desire for stimulation = 'fear' (repulsion) toward ennui, meaninglessness, emptiness, that sort of thing.

A movement toward something that is simultaneously a movement away from something else.

Seeking of pleasure = avoidance of pain.

Two poles to the mind, which works in opposites.

P.S. I know this stuff has little to do with the original post, sorry... IMO, personal regrets and such are a holding on to the past, which is gone. Why regret something that literally doesn't exist any more (except as memory)?
