I havent actually seen Fear and Loathing myself, but my boyfriend and his mates absolutely adore it!!! I love watching films when I'm really caned. Event Horizon is pretty fucking amazing! I tried to watch Pulp Fiction for the first time when hammered, but it was too fucking confusing!!! I really want to see Fear and loathing though coz I've heard it's really trippy!!! We showed that to our great friend who is a walking encyclopedia of drug terminology, physiological chemical reactions, prepping, and just about any and all reactions drug-wise. We sat him down as he was tripping balls and he wandered down in front of the TV and knelt there for awhile before turning to us and saying "Good God... this IS the prophecy!" Hehehe, I love that movie...

i prefer a big, fat, BASS-ey speaker when rollin, but, that's just me. i also prefer a live "Rabbit in the Moon" show when i'm trippin. as far as movies go...just never watch "What Dreans May Come" all mashed. eyyrkkk.

It was the COOKED narration that did it for me,I had to ask my friends if I was hearing it right...errrrrr
seen the flick many times....and find it to be very acurate on what happends to me while i trip, flip, roll or just get high....I like when Johnny Depp says a bunch of shit then says "did I say that to myself or did i say it out loud"...that has happend to me sooooooo many times. So do any of you think that Johnny Depp and the fat Soman guy have ever tripped in real life?? I always thought that someone would have had to to create that cool of a movie.

Fear and Loathing is one of the best films I've seen in fucking ages! Never has a film made me laugh so much because I can relate, or opened my eyes to new posibilties.

I've been hooked on that movie since I read the book bout two years b4. Fav line, "Get back in the tub you weird fucker", my friends and i use it all the time.Watched it while trippin several times, its fun. Also try Yellow submarine, pref. on dvd cuz it has neat extras
