X2 I second this completely! But add in Goodfellas, and Casino and its near completion along with the original Godfather.
 
yes I have seen City of God. There's also City of Men!
 
Goodfellas all the way. Casino and The Godfather next. I love me some Pesci though. The Departed was great, but not nearly as rewatchable.

good call on pusher, city of god and a prophet. however, it's la haine and i'd hardly consider it a mob movie.
my all time favorite is probably eastern promises.
 
The Killing of a Chinese Bookie is pretty mob related. The main character isnt a member but he gets in a huge gambling debt the same night he pays off a huge gambling debt.
 
I can't decide between The Godfather, The Godfather 2, and Goodfellas. Also, I enjoyed City of God immensely, but I wouldn't consider it a mob movie.
