Fake xanax fentenyal suboxone and real xanax

So I ended up with 9 fake xanax. I prescribed valuim suboxone and gabapentin and other meds. I took two the day I got them and felt kinda sleepy but not the xanax feeling. Next day took 2 and legs hurt throughout those days I still took 4 mgs of subs 2 times per day last night I took 3 of those fakes and had the worst restless leg I ever had and stayed up all night. In texas they don't allow test strips. I have tolerance to xanax and subs and save valuim. I woke up at 5 pm thinking it was am. And very weird feeling. I blood pressure was up and took a sub and later a xanax. Any advice what I should do

get rid of the pills and don't buy from that source again.
you're on enough meds that even mixing real benzos with them without medical supervision is unsafe.

Ty for reply..So I had taken a break for like 3 weeks from the valuim and my dr said they would probably switch me to xanax this month so I though it was fine. My source was out of town but called a friend and yes nobody I ever heard of but she's a true friend so I thought ok. But ended up not being her homegirl and was some guy. I'm feeling much better today. I been through so much trauma since March. My mom passing away and then a friend of 25 years and 2 others that I been finding myself not being able to shut off my mind with the valuim. Same dr I've had for over 10 years had me on Adderall xanax and suboxone olanzapine hydroxyzine gabapentin and sertraline. All of a sudden everyone is like it will kill you to take xanax and subs lol I was on it in the past along w all mentioned and I'm still here lol. But I don't binge only 1 mg of xanax at night and not close to same time of subs.

Sorry to hear al this you been through

But what are you currently on that is prescribed.

You can't just stop valium cold turkey ( well depending the time and dosage) but there you will get wds

Not sure on how long you been on subuxone and or if it's a constant too and if so it will also cause wds.

I'm more worried about those q's then the fake Xanax. You know they bunk, chuck them and re evaluate.

Ty for the reply..Today was a fresh start. I got a new doctor to reevaluate me and so far he stopped all meds accept added 1 mg xanax per day and sertraline and gabapentin. And reevaluate me in 5 weeks. I'm on subs 16 mg a day. Idk if this is good or bad. But I'm hoping a fresh start.. 1 mg ??
