So you rather trust a human?
Just for starting: you're getting me wrong here, you wont find him, HE'LL FIND YOU!When people tell me I need to find Jesus
I figured there was some joking or sarcasm in what he said, no offense to him but was he serious? They use AI to automatically flag hate speech, spam, terrorism and whatnot (this isn't perfect, as it sometimes bans people/things unrightfully). Some automatic image labeling too. And recommender systems for adverts, and maybe for the timeline and comments you see first, although I would think those are more algorithmic.
The AI does not cause it all to go offline and did not change anything at all (AI can't). They don't put the most extreme left and right stuff at the top, they show the things to people that makes them more likely to stick around and scroll through the timeline, and this is based on previous data they collected. Facebook is not an AI created platform either.
Next time you are scared of AI, remember that NLHE poker is not a solved game. It can't even play a 52 card game, so how would it suddenly gain consciousness and do all this by itself.
The article you linked means nothing, it was just trained on data that contained those words. Doesn't mean the "AI" thinks for itself. I'm confused you somehow think it is related to your earlier comments but whatever.

"Facebook’s trillion dollar AI could have caused it and changed whatever it wanted to during that 6 hours without anyone noticing."You've just completely missappropriated what he said there.
- He never said the AI took itself offline, I'm assuming that was not actually what you thought he said...?
- He mentioned the twitter bot which praised hitler, and asked if you knew how it worked, as a retort.
I feel like someones just been framed for thinking hes John Connor.
I know how AI works, vaguely. Same as probably most of us here. And to my knowledge, none of us know what the facebook AI is capable of; and you made a list of pretty benign stuff there. Yes, it is trained. By facebook humans, who have a shady history of misusing these tools. I guess thats the problem with AI, whether conscious, or not.
I can see what you might be saying.Fb has been pushing propaganda to change regulations for better than a year. The minute I saw this I knew it was phase two of the campaign. They are working with the establishment to get what they all want, more censorship. Further proof I was right when I pointed out the newly accepted heavy hand of censorship when the identity politics campaign first kicked off after occupy Wall Street, on this very website. Luckily even some leftists can see the subversive tactics of this, though most liberals are completely out to lunch with it. People believing this is some genuine whistle blower reminds me of that quote from the bush 1 CIA director talking about how their job isn’t done until everything the general public believes is false.
Do you have a video or article/interview link to the quote from the Bush 1 director? What was the context or disinformation about?Fb has been pushing propaganda to change regulations for better than a year. The minute I saw this I knew it was phase two of the campaign. That is pretty close to how i am feeling man. Been living under a rock. A heavy rock. Fucking God damn alcohol and idiotic Ghost fart who voluntarily drinks that shit poison.Yeah, it’s down. President Trump shut it down to get Biden out of the White House and is the president of the United States again (thank God). You didn’t know that @Ghost fart? What have you been living under a rock!
Check the bottom of the page it’s “””disputed””” but I’d say it was a real quote. Wiki is just far left and has to run cover for the establishment typically. https://en.m.wikiquote.org/wiki/DisinformationDo you have a video or article/interview link to the quote from the Bush 1 director? Yeah man i know you were joking. I am a Trump supporter. I don't bring that stuff up here on BL very much. I have other intentions. I want to receive support due to substance using, and i want to give support back, and i want friendship. Fuck the fucking politics.I was only joking about Trump part. He’s fucking loser in so many ways and so are his supporters. But I hear you on the alcohol brother. I still struggle with it too sometimes too. Only cigarettes are tougher to put down ime. Hang on there bro.
Man, this makes no senseDescribing her work, Ms Haugen said: “A key part of [Chinese operatives’] strategy was to send malware to Uighurs who lived in places that weren’t China, as if they could compromise one phone they could compromise a whole community. We said we won’t be able to see the malware anymore [with encryption].”
