EZtest.com not shipping orders again

Just a FYI for anyone thinking about ordering a pill testing kit. An order was placed over a month and a half ago for a complete testing kit. After not receiving my item or hearing from the seller for a month, they were contacted through their support. A week later after hearing no response SWIM had to file a dispute.

They were quick to take the money, but not to do anything else.
 
I would strongly suggest that anyone wanting to buy a kit contacts a myself or another mod first - I personally would not recommend EZTEST - they are slow at the best of times so you can only imagine what they are like when the mail is delayed due to the Christmas backlogs etc
 
Thats exactly what SWIM was thinking when the order was placed. Probably just backlogged from all the holiday shipments going around. After a month of waiting, enough was enough. Luckily the payment was reversed easier than thought. But still a complete waste of time.

SWIM ordered from them a few years back and everything came perfect. So SWIM thought they were still good.

On a more positive note, DanceSafe has proved themselves excellent as far as customer communication, shipping time, product mailing, and quality of product. Within 4 hours of placing the order, SWIM had their tracking number. Three business days later, product in hand. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if anyone is wondering who to choose.
 
Same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. One of the worst $50 I spent. I hope BL got it's cut at least.

Ya, if only dancesafe sponsored PR.. If they had a sponsored ad with us we could get funding for linking them. I still recommend them but we don't get anything for it. Ed Nyrion is said to be pretty good, but I usually only test with my marquis, once you have experience with it it's pretty easy to tell if it's good MDxx or not. other reagents are unnecessary in most cases since a strong black/purp reaction means there's plenty of MDxx, i don't worry if there's ketamine or MDA instead of MDMA.. if there is, cool, at least I know theres no meth and a decent dose of MDxx
 
call credit card company or bank card and report the transaction as a fraud - explain you ordered something and never recieved it. any card with a visa/mastercard logo should be able to be disputed, easily.

also, remember you can't be some sketchball with a fake name when you order your kit. kits are 100% legal, use your real name so you can recieve it, and use a card so if you get conned you can reverse payment.

For EZTEST that isnt late - they say to leave at least 8 weeks before reporting the kit as delayed / not arriving.

They have a 'contact us' function once you log on but getting a reply from them is another thing.

Its such a shame as they are probably one of the best known test kit suppliers and everyone automatically mentions them when people are looking to buy a kit.

People need to realize it can take 8 weeks, sometime it comes fast other times not.

Hey Damien, Nice seeing you posting :) I hope all are ok!

I have left so many messages around Pillreports and on here about how bad EZTEST are. I left several messages with them regarding late shipping - I never received a reply. I contacted them when they implied that you could test for piperazines using a Simons kit (you really can't) - they never replied.

Its disgusting that the main distributor for test kits act in such a way.

The bottles are different but the names and solution are the same as dancesafe - one thing though is that Dancesafe dont sell Simons/Robadope.

I have another company that I have been advising people to use for the last year or so - we have only had one kit reported as delayed (and this was down to a bank holiday in the UK).

The company has a telephone number and email address incase of problems, they ship internationally and they are about 50% cheaper than EZTEST on some of the kits.

Just PM me if you want the details - just stick Test kit in the subject and Ill reply with the company details etc

^ u mean mandelin/robadope. They got simons. or they did last time I checked?

I think for people outside the US, the other vendor is better, but if you are like me inside the US and only require a marquis kit, then dancesafe is definately the best way. I would still advise everyone to click the link at the top of pill reports and at least look at our sponsor's kits. The advantage is that they sell complete kits, which are great for confirming MDA, ketamine, etc, along with tons of other research chems. I just screen for MDxx, if it has a strong reaction for it, no brown in the marquis, I'm happy. If it's MDA, or has a little ketamine, I'm ok with that, at least it's not dirty meth or pipes or PMA =D

I bought my last kit from DS, but because they don't ever nearly as many reagents to test with, I won't use them in the future. I hope this clears up a lot of confusion as to why everyone doesn't use DS.
