Ecstasy is the key to treating PTSD

An Ecstasy tablet. That’s what it took to make Donna Kilgore feel alive again – that and the doctor who prescribed it.

I like how its implied that without the doctor, it wouldn't work.

I'm gonna play devil's advocate for a little bit. These are companies set up to carry out their business, they aren't charities/crusaders for public health. They develop and sell pharmaceuticals for profit.

It's not up to them to foot the bill for public health. If you want people to get well, you're going to have to fund it publically such as via the government.

The fact that these companies might have an influence on public policy in order to maintain profits is very bad I would agree on that.

i want to add that drug companies work for YOU, in a business sense, as a stockholder.

profit is the name of all corporations games. if you want to make a difference, buy enough stock to where you can make decisions. people need to stop bitching about how corporations conduct business and actually do something about it.

Um, the title of the thread alone makes me want to vomit....NO....XTC does not and will not be "the key to PTSD" for MANY...perhaps most....i'd definately/(arguably) leave that up to good old LSD.
