Would it be better to have a diet which is like 6,000 + calories because of so much carbs being eaten like crisps, chocolate, cakes, fruit, vegetables then lots of fats from nuts, and lots of protein aswell from meat, milk etc.

Because obviously Insulin is ANABOLIC and pro bodybuilders use it to get big so surely if you just eat a shedload of anything you will get BIG not just fat, you will gain muscle too?

Or will your test levels decrease due to too much insulin? If this is the case I dont get why pro bodybuilders use it.:\

At the moment I have noticed in the space of a few days since eating a rediculous amount of food I have gotten bigger in the shoulders and its not my imagination.

The purpose of using insulin is to shuttle nutrient to our muscles, it's also responsible for regulating glucose levels in the blood. And yes, insulin is the most anabolic substance made, it's also the most dangerous, IMHO. My understanding (and I could be wrong) is that high levels of slin can reduce testosterone levels by up to 25%. I read a study or an article that stated this, so please don't quote me on it...and I can't find the article.

I don't run slin alone, I use it in conjunction with HGH, test, and IGF...sometimes T3/clen as well.

As far as the diet you mentioned, it depends on where you are at and what you are trying to achieve. I try to avoid chips, chocolates, and pastries, just once in a while. You don't want to eat fatty/greasy foods when taking slin, slin will push all that fat into your muscles and all you'll be doing is getting fatter and fatter, no matter how hard you work out.

Side note: Anyone interested in experimenting with slin should do a couple months worth of homework. Many have died abusing it.

There are some bodybuilders who can get away with eating a ton of dirty calories and not gain too much fat...it all depends on your goals and body type...

I don't eat patries and cakes and shit but I eat a lot of complex carbs..I just try to stay away from saturated fat...I find that when I eat really lean meat for every meal, my muscles appear flat..

im not on about taking insulin the drug, im on about increasing it naturally (which is easy) through eating shedloads of carbs/junk food etc. .... aswell as a good healthy diet high in protein

my goals are to get massive, im only 5ft 5 and weigh 9stone 6 im 22years old.

Post your current diet and training regimen...If you want to get massive, you better start focusing on the lower body by incorporating heavy squats, deads, etc....

Also, I don't want to advocate the use of anabolics as necessary in your case but it might be the situation...I was cursed with terrible genetics (skinny legs, small wrists and ankles) and it took me a while to put on quality muscle...

It's called "bodybuilding without genetics" and I fall into that category...Even with decades of steroid use under my belt, I would never be able to achieve a physique worth hitting a stage....

So grab a pin loaded with some test250, a bucket of chicken from kfc, and some muscle milk...

How's your mental health right now? I recall you alywas having problems...If you're emotionally unstable---stay away from AAS/prohormones..

i am seriously emotionally unstable. I have crippling depression which I am battling with the help of prozac.

So basically doing roids just isnt worth it.

I would post up my diet but it changes all the time however i know the correct diet to produce results its just i always seem to get fat instead of musclebound.

Like although I gain muscle I get fat especially in the face and backside which I dont like.

Do you think I should just stick to a Bruce Lee type physique as it is way easier for me to achieve?

Don't get caught up in trying to compare your physique to someone/something with god-given genetics...just attempt to shape your body in the best way possible....have a general goal and stick with it...

I personally don't just lift to look good..I like the health aspect of it..i never get sick, can fuck at teh drop of a dime, etc...

Get your mind right nigga:D....Why are you always so depressed? Fuck the world and live your life..

I can bulk pretty dirty without getting fat. I'm getting back to Bulking at the mo and despite upping my cals and drinkin 2 litres of soda a day I'm still just maintaining/burning fat.

Being ecto rocks for keeping lean- but getting past 190lbs will be a major challange- my body just doesn't want to be that big!

Hope things are going OK on Prozac- that shit really helped me a few years back. Certainly didn't help me bulk- but got me up and into the gym which was half the battle.

Im depressed because this world is full of scum. Im not going to go into it because no one understands my mind and the way it works. Everyone is different, end of.

Anyway the prozac is helping a great deal for once in my life I am starting to have the attitude of 'not give a fcuk'. Before prozac I used to worry about everything.
I love the feeling of apathy you get from prozac because in this world you need to have a cold heart because if your a nancy boy you'll get shat on.

I was too emotional before prozac and you get treated like shit when you give a sh1t about things and what people think. For once in my life I can go in the gym and train my ass off bust a sweat and not give a fcuk about stinking the place out with B.O

i LOVE IT, just sometimes ive noticed although I have so much more energy I just dont see the point in lifting weights because the prozac makes me not give a shit about anything.
<<< Which is what I need tbh

you'd be surprised how many people, including myself, feel very similar to you..

I too also suffer from mental health/emotional issues related to feelings of self-consciousness and despair....

good luck

Here's a better way to phrase the question: Bodybuilder A comes home from a workout and injects 8 units of humalog. He then consumes 80 grams of high gi carbs to prevent hypoglycemia. Bodybuilder B comes home from a workout and consumes 80 grams of high gi carbs. His body then produces insulin equivalent to 8 units of humalog to prevent hyperglycemia. If both bodybuilders have the same amount of insulin and carbs flowing through their veins, why does bodybuilder A experience better gains?

The answer: no one really knows.

Pro-bbers use AAS (most of them) and therefore, don't have this worry.

You're most likely witnessing your body replacing depleted glycogen stores in your muscles. This is quite common, especially after diets. It'll work for a few days until the body begins to store that extra energy as fat.

You're overthinking things. When I first started training at the gym (~8 years ago) I would read all the journal articles with all their conflicting information and would lose sight of the bigger picture; you learn by experiment/experience. So the point is focus in on small goals; once you are 110kg ripped THEN start worrying about insulin and IGF1 etc. Right now focus on getting the basics under control.

I've just started back training after a few years off and it has given me a good chance to check my form on all exercises etc. Make sure you're doing things the right way, sure, but not at the expense of not doing anything at all.

If you want to gain muscle fast eat mostly protein and fiber foods. Peanut butter, Tuna, bananas, meats, eggs, etc. and eat beans and fiber food too. Eating junk food will result in bursts of energy from high sugar intake and then a crash. Eating everything and anything is never the answer, especially because if you make a pig of yourself you will have a hard time maintaining a regular diet/exercise program (or at least I do).

I suggest eating a light breakfast w/ high energy content, such an apple and banana or a healthy bowl of cereal in the morning after you wake up, to jump start your metabolism. An hour or 2 after that (pending on the size of meal) do some serious yoga based stretching to loosen the muscles and prepare them for work. After your stretching routine is completed have another routine, but one that work out based.

For your work out routine, sense your going for muscle mass, the best route to take is the hypertrophy route. This is where weight training meets the greatest amount of intensity & volume (Highest ratio of reps Vs. sets Vs. weight). This type of weight training is highly metabolic W/ greater hormonal responses, which is great for body fat reduction.

30 mins-2 hours after your work out you should eat food with high protein (see list above), make this your largest meal of the day.

4-5 hours after that You'll be able to work out again, but due to the intense hypertrophy work out you should only do cardio (its good to let the muscles rest)

conclude the day with a medium sized meal high in fiber to help metabolism throughout the night. (dont eat 2 hours before sleep if looking to lose weight)

I wouldn't go near slin at all imo - unless you are working towards your card and you have the genetics to achieve that in this modern era of bb'ing I'll stick w - tren/prop/eq and if I had the money igflr3 or hgh - talk about being able to eat 4 - 4.5k calories and get leaner, tren is a head trip though, stay away from it if you don't have a good AAS background and understand the sides (not just the progesterone).
