Dysphorogenic drugs?

I'm probably just weird, but nothing brings me down like anticholinergics - such as the first-generation antihistamines. Years ago I was given alimemazine and promethazine for sleep, on two separate occasions, and within days I was experiencing extreme daytime lethargy, severe depression and suicidal thoughts.

When I was in Russia recently, I picked up some OTC hydroxyzine, thinking it might help with anxiety and maybe boost an opiate buzz or two. Big mistake. Took me a while to realise that whenever I popped one, I'd spend the following day in bed, miserable and crying.

yeah, but it's a rare side effect.

the point would be to inflict maximal torture (psychological eff. only) w/ minimal death risk.

again... this is just out of pure curiosity, i'm just a horror movie lover, not a real life psychopath.

why? are you planning on torturing an ex girlfriend or something? freak.

As for the cruciation,

In those susceptible, a healthy IV of the experimental panicogen, Cholecystokinin Tetrapeptide, should suffice to start, with a side of WAY-1000135, ketanserin, and low-dose metrazol to augment the terror. Once the tachyphylaxis sets in within the first hour, reignite the anguish with an concentrated intraperitoneal injection of the polyhalogenated biphenyl plastic toxins and megadose naloxazone.

After sufficient bricks have been shat by your now-trembling victim(s), bring them promptly down to Earth with a smooth infusion of high-dose haloperidol and tetrabenazine, to be quickly followed by the traumatic 6-hydroxydopamine, Substance P, and superoxide anions.

The sadistic conclusion would likely involve some kind of climactic escalation...perhaps a well-measured overdose of intraventricular phencyclidine+salvinorin+hyoscyamine, followed lastly by a full olfactory bulbectomy and partial frontal lobotomy, to make certain that no effort went to waste.

this is the most fucked up post I've ever read on bluelight. This is probably something you should go to therapy for. But, just for the sake of meaningless hypotheticals, here's my 2 cents:

Baclofen is a fairly uncomfortable drug, but its not terribly uncomfortable.

Datura/scopolamine would be pure agony.

High one-time doses of SSRIs/SNRIs also seem to throw people into serotonin-suppressed misery.

High doses of nicotine can induce real horrowshow panic attacks, but high doses of nicotine can easily kill a person; as little as 20x the amount of nicotine in a single cigarette (about 1-2mg of nicotine will enter a smoker's blood stream from a single cigarette, while the lethal dose of nicotine is about 40-60mg) .

GABA antagonists (which someone else already mentioned) will cause seizures or near-seizure like states (shaking uncontrollably, etc).

^Looks like the last concerns about the very topic of this thread went overboard with post #46. You are quite alone with your worries, it seems. Sad, isn't it?
