DXM for depression and anxiety?

DXM produces euphoria, so that's why you get the big smile on your face, but that doesn't mean it's treating your depression. I don't think a dissociative can have that lasting effect, although it may ease it at the time.

I always feel poisonousness if I take DXM. Last time took was 4 or 5 years ago. Had an accident because, felt like dying - to much. Not good. Rember you get enter a foggy world. Depends on the plateau. Have heard also that it could work. Because on low dose it works in a way like alcohol does.

What I know fear is the greatest weapon ever. With fear you can control people. So looking news -> fear. Seeing homeless -> fear. Buddy get fired -> fear.

I would say it is okay to take an anti-anexie drug. But never longer than a week. Even this is often to long (Benzos). If you wan't to take drugs - take it like medicine. No longer than needed and not more than needed.

Think DXM is not suitable to fit that things at all. It's interesting on higher plateaus but since MXE and Keta I do not like this kind of dissociative.

If you get the right doctor - you are right. But where are they? How can you judge?

No doctor or medical professional is going to tell someone, "Go self medicate your depression and anxiety with legal/illegal drugs like Alcohol, DXM, cannabis/hash, or benzos you buy from a dealer and take in large amounts."

So you get prescribed drugs which are often not the right drug what doctors prescribe. I have only seen one time in my whole life, where a doctor was wise enough and sit down to talk with you what is wrong. This is the doc where I am going to when I had an operation (discs, shoulder - hardware stuff, like broken something.)

It is logical, if a doc really cures you, you will never come back. As long as they see us like persons not humans they see only the $$$ you bring them. Not all docs are so, thank God, but most of them in my country.

And the worst you can do in my country is telling them the truth, that you have taken drugs at any time in your life. You get branded as a fucked up junky. But drinking in public, trains is totally accepted. Even when the person walks into a wall.

Anyway will try to stay on topic...

5-HTP, Hypericum perforatum, Valerian, Passionflower, Tryptophan, Melissa are substances that are widely available and not expensive.

But go inside you. What makes you depressive: the past, the presence or the future? Combinations of them? Did you have a post traumatic disorder? How was your childhood? Have you fear loosing a loved person or your job, whatever?

Did you fucked up your synapses in your brain with drugs in the past? Like taken too long and/or too much MDMA, Speed, Coca, Ritalin or such?
