drugs > sex? Your opinions?

I’ve started this thread after reading an interesting quote in another thread:

Well hoptis, you knew if anyone was going to take you to task over this, it was me.

and lets try keep this from turning into a SLResque thread where I'll just have to transfer or close it, keep the childish replies to yourselves and have a good little giggle all on your own at your computer.

My question is, do you believe that peaking hard on pills or any drug from that matter is better than mind blowing sex?

I’m not too sure where I stand on this issue and I’m pretty sure I’ll come back to it later with a big long well thought out post about it (hey c’mon guys it’s like 10am here and I just woke up), but for right now I’d say that for me sex > drugs anytime.

Nothing beats that connection you can share with someone, the real sober connection. When you kiss, and pull apart just to rub your nose along his and look into his eyes, when he smiles because he knows he has you right where he wants you, when without words you don’t even have to talk to know what he wants and when you know for sure he’ll enjoy it more if you drag it out. Nothing beats the moment that he enters you and... ok I’ll stop now, you all get the idea.

Peaking off my dial is rather nice but it doesn't come close to those feelings and many times the "connections" made when peaking don't hold true when sober. I prefer mind blowing sex anyday.

So which do you believe, and why?
 
I don't know... I see the positives in each feeling too much to compare them well... and that's after enough of each where I should be able to easily decide.

So Ill call them a draw.

On the other hand, sometimes I don't feel like a root. But ill never turn the other down. ;)

ummm... i guess it depends on the experiences associated with it, but at the current time i'd choose drugs over sex, especially peaking with somebody, its much easier to peak than to orgasm, and to share the experience when you don't have to physically contribute to it. well, that's only from my limited experience, but personally i'd rather have sex on pills and peak/orgasm synchronise, if its at all possible.

then again, there are bulbs...

It is true, Nothing beats mindblowing sex... except for mindblowing sex on mindblowing acid... and how often can you have that?!? (not very often for us poor brissy folk!)

peaking is all fun and good, but you cant drop more pills and get the same peak a few hours later, whereas you can sleep a few hours wake up in the middle of the night and just go allllllll over again.... and it will feel even better... and another rest and again... and again.... ;)

so unless you can have mindblowing acid and the one you love/like/lust/picked up 5 minutes ago... then i must say that i would rather have mindblowing sex!

Errr... my pills aren't getting worse, they are getting better... :)

but i'll hand it to you... you do have a point...

but, let's do the maths...

sex - a lot of work/money to get, and its not guaranteed to be good... (unless its self-administered, but yeah... i'm not counting that...)

drugs - easy to get, and generally a good time had

from the point-of-view of return on investment, drugs are easier and more self-driven than sex IMHO.

but i think making love would take the cake! :D

well, not for me anyways... i guess i'm immune to that side-effect. some people's eyes aren't affected by mdma, why couldn't it be the same for other parts of the body.

Well if you asked me...

I'd have to say. I'm unsure. I've had mindblowingly good sex, and mindblowingly good drugs. Each has its own merits. Anyone who says sex is like drugs but without the negative aspects, is a fucking retarded flower child.

Drugs

High : Comedown

Sex

Orgasm : Mindfuckery

So basically I'd say that no matter which one, you'll get your jollies and then you'll have consequences, hell, with both you can have consequences before. The one plus that's on sex's side, is that unless you're a paedophile, its legal. ;)

Interestingly enough, about 95% of the sex I've had, has been directly related to, and or influenced by, drugs. I mean make your own judgement, I don't give a fuck what you think. =D

Sorry I think I'd rather have sex than have drugs.

I'd rather deal with the headfucks than deal with bad bad comedowns. ;)

Besides having sex means a lot more in the longrun to me than having a pill does. Drugs just seem so fake sometimes, sex is real!
