Drug Parties vs. Regular Alcohol Parties

I think both these types of parties have their advantages. In a beer party you know you will have your CNS depressed and that always makes for a fun time and especially if you are with cool people.

Drug parties seem to be more about the drugs themselves and less about the people...of course this applies to the type of drugs everyone is on. If I feel like having a non-introspective acid trip, I think acid parties (relatively small ones) are a blast.
 
^agreed that psychedelics are best taken in smaller groups- I think 5 or 6 at the most, and everyone needs to be of a similar open mind and similar level of intoxication- I hate the one person who has less than everyone else and then brings down the whole vibe, with `it`s not doing anything!`

But a good old fashioned booze up, possibly with some amphetamines to keep you going, the more people the merrier i say. The louder, funnier, least dignified rowdy.. the better.

And I never `party` with people that aren`t `cool`, so I`m guaranteed a good time.
 
My biggest problem is that alcohol parties invariably turn into drug parties, so I don't bother with the flase representations anymore, we used to try to have alochol parties, but we just ended up saying

"Right, where's the drugs?" as soon as we wer drunk...
 
my social circle are still mainly drinkers with a few people who roll once in a while. so our parties are still usually big pissups which is fine by me. i really enjoy huge drunken evenings haha. when i want to get on the drugs and get real fucked up, i always have my girl, and shes the best company.

i dont like getting too wasted on drugs around my other friends. which is a good thing. keeps me in line.
 
Alcohol partys are much better i would imagine. I have been to partys where people smoke pot and not really drink and they are soooo gay.

I have been to a party where most people were doing coke and that was actually pretty fun. I think an ecstacy party could be somewhat fun too.

But yea overall Alcohol>>>>>Drugs in terms of parties. Especially pot. But i havent been around partys with other drugs but i would guess most are pretty crappy

Wow, I've never had pot induced gay sex at a party no matter how boring it was.


I'd have to say I would rather be at a small drug party then ant other variation. Better conversation and less stupidity in my experience.

you have NO IDEA what antics certain drugs can lead to!!!

ive never been to a drug party, unless sitting around smoking weed with about 10 people counts as a party.
 
Most of the partys I go to don't have that distinction, a party is a party, someone is sure to be pilling, doing some speed and maybe some ketamine later in the night. It is never only about the drugs, but alcohol is a drug as well.....
 
Both have their advantages.

Coke parties are the best though as there's always alcohl there as well as both go hand in hand like bread and butter.
 
I don't really see a difference between the two, because alcohol parties never seem to be limited to alcohol alone. at least you will have your fair share of bud smoking and usually some dude will be selling xanax or something in the back.

drug parties can be hit or miss. coke parties are the absolute worst IMO. nothing sucks more than having a circle of cracked out people all talking and thinking they are saying the most interesting shit ever. plus, at drug parties you know there are like 5 dudes who have all the drugs and then like one or two dudes who are broke or something and copping free drugs from all the hooked up people. been to a couple xtc parties and those were some of the best.

I much rather prefer the atmosphere of drinking parties.

I agree a lot of people get into drugs because of being drunk anyway.


also i hate those coked up parties which you describe the worst is that once you had a line you stick around and ill only realize i hated it the next day when im dieing in my bed

ravey / squatted parties are the best , plurry people who give stuff away for free (I only payed 1-2 pills in my life ) , weed is always present and usually shared if you give someone a paper or ask nicely . and well alcohol is te crap youll have to pay but you dont need a lot when everyone is nice and chill (in my experience)
 
^ i hate cheap partiers, the people who arent or dont bring fine bitches, and dont pitch in for anything and dont bring drugs or alcohol. those are the ones who never get invited ever again.
 
i didn't know their was a specific designation?

the line to me is about as blurred as my drink count the next morning or the names of all the numbers i got.
 
I've never set out to any ttype of specific party.

Once i was informed of a kegger, by the time i get there it's sucked dry but this dude just got two blotter sheets, so it turned into an all night acid party, complete with a drunk dude freaking out.

Pretty much the same way with "Rollin partys" it just happens.
