Does anyone have any experience tripping while on Vivitrol/Naltrexone?

I havnt ever tried the combo or heard of a specific case. But, I have a good bit of pharmacological knowledge in general, and regarding the opioid antagonist naltrexone, it blocks opioids thru competitive binding at the receptor and somehow has a downstream effect on the euphoria of alcohol from what I know. I don't think that it would influence the effects of serotonergic psychedelic compounds. Basically you should be fine. I don't see how it would interact expect maybe some kind of dulling of the positive mental component maybe by some mechanism. But from my educated opinion: you should be fine. But be safe and don't take massive amounts of whatever to try to "break through" the naltrexone, it could end up bad ( ie, massive overdose and extremely difficult trip. Depending on the substance ur taking ( like 25x-nbome) it could also be deadly. So take a normal dose of You want to trip and see what it does, then report back and also make sure not to overcompensate. Hope I could help!
