Does acid go bad?

Hey all...
I was wonderin' if acid has a shelf life? How long can I keep it around? Do gel tabs stay good longer than blotters?

I am not sure but I have taken gels twice that have sat in my room for 1+ month. And the trip didnt seem as strong or smooth, but on the other hand when I take it a few days after I get it it seems like a harder trip and alot smoother. Maybe its just me but i dont know the definite answer to your question. I would expect it does. PEACE

Good question....I'd like to know the answer as well. I have a little Sweet Breath dropper bottle thingy of acid in my frig. that's been in there for about 4 months. I wonder if it's still good??? I had a few drops about 2 months ago and it still did the job.

if acid is kept out in heat (sunlight, in a car, etc...) it will lose potency, if you want to keep acid for awhile your best bet is to put it in th freezer, but you still need to use it within a couple weeks

From what I've heard, Acid reacts with metals, and also light as well as heat. So basically, in a freezer, in a black film canister would be perfect.

It doesn't react with aluminum, I'll tell you that. Took a couple paper blotters that had been sitting in some foil for 2 months and tripped my face off for 14 hours of giggles
