if it got much warmer than room temperature that can do it. not sure about the cloudiness - i've only ever had that problem with homebrews, where it's attributable to a couple different causes.
as for whether or not it's skunked, usually that label gets it's name from a pretty distinctive smell/flavor. a classic example is green bottle heinekin (where for some reason it's considered desirable by some. go figure).
