Ah, what a sublime trip! I've tried DMT a few times since my last trip report, and my initial thoughts on the drug haven't changed; I am, however, looking at the psychedelic with a sense of newfound awe. Never before has a substance managed to break my mind down and force it to rebuild itself in such a powerful way. As I have come to know, taking DMT means being prepared to look Death square in the face.

After a few days of taking relatively small doses (a couple of times while also on ketamine, which oddly muted a considerable amount of DMT-ness), I decided to take a bigger rip. This time, I was in my room. I was alone, unfortunately, but I think it was appropriate given the nature of this trip. I loaded my pipe with a small pinch of bud to let the chunk of DMT to rest on. This one is easily twice as large as what I've tried before. I melted it slowly with my lighter, and took one strong, deliberately-paced hit. I hold it in for as long as I can bear, which is about 7 or 8 seconds. Immediately after exhaling, I feel myself starting to blast off.

I set the pipe down without a second thought and turned myself over to the drug. I closed my eyes and was instantly greeted by images of giant scorpion-like beasts, which prompted me to open them in a flash. I cautiously walked across my room and attempted to focus, but there was nothing but fear in my heart. I stood over my bed and looked down at it, watching it pulsate and shift weirdly. The visuals were interesting (everything was melting at this point), but I had a deep intent to do some soul-searching on this trip. I braced myself, sat in my computer chair and closed my eyes once more.

Now I found myself rapidly shuffling between different worlds. I swam through oceans filled with jellyfish and magnificent alien sea creatures of all shapes and sizes. I stood on the highest mountain of an arctic wasteland as I watched a legion of spectres fly across a beautiful horizon. Strange fish-like humans laughed at me, but they went by before I could get a good look at them. Then, I started to listen to the beating of my own heart, urging it not to stop. The DMT proceeded to show me the inner working of my body. My veins were vibrantly colored and gushing with life. The sense that I was fading from this plane was losing it's hold, and I wholly surrendered myself. I was free. Spiritualized was playing on my computer, and each note sent chills through my soul. The song proclaimed "I think I'm in love", and I was inclined to agree.

I opened my eyes and suddenly remembered the small bit of bud still in my pipe. I went and cashed it within a few seconds, completely forgetting there was a rather large amount of DMT melted into the weed. A loud buzzing permeated through my head as I had a rather more intense come-up than before. This was initially very startling, but I got a grip on things much faster. Open-eye visuals became a great deal more pronounced. All objects were changing colors quickly or shifting oddly in some way, but they could hardly hold my attention. I was too busy getting lost in the music.

Though I was long convinced that I had not left myself behind, I was truly appreciative to be back at baseline. I bid the alien worlds farewell and went back to my own, feeling glad to be alive. All of this happened about an hour ago, actually, and I'm just now beginning to feel like I'm in one piece. Without a doubt, this is a psychedelic that truly demands your respect.

Incredible report. Almost gave me shivers. Salvia is the closest thing to DMT I have tried, and I am looking forward to DMT, I am a big fan of the total OBE experience, and have went deep on salvia probably 18 times with no bad trips. Amazing report again dude.....

"I will love you till I die
And I will love you all the time
So please put your sweet hand in mine
And float in space and drift in time"
