Dissolving Hash in alcohol

How long should I let a hash tincture (probably vodka ~40% alcohol) sit before consumption, and what is the recommended concentration? I've made green dragon before, but never a hash tincture. I'd imagine that it would only need to sit for a few hours at most, but I'd rather not waste this hash as it's rather good and difficult to come across. I have an 1/8 oz to work with, but I'd rather first prepare a single dose to try it out.

I agree that good stuff is better left to enjoy properly but oral hash is otherwise a hefty fukin experience! Is the absorption better in an alcohol tincture or what is the big idea? Sounds interesting, maybe thats how I will take my QWISO that begs for an oral taste sometimes as well. Damn. Thatll blast me away

do the shot or whatever first heating it would just evap alchohol but just let it sit till it al dissolves anything that doesnt is plant matter and is useless. but good grade hash should just dissolve if left.

It is a good idea, people use 1 gram of weed per one shot of everclear and it can fuck them up, imagine what hash would be like. I'd imagine its best to let it sit for a few weeks, using a large amount in a whole bottle, but you can use an electric stove, or suboil it in a measuring cup, inside a pot of boiling water, and heat it on decent setting and then drink it.

Read somewhere that heating hash or kief slightly (definitely below 140 and indirectly) causes some of the inactive cannabinoids to become THC..
