On June 21st I took a yellow dragonfly (clean mdma pill ,friend tested) no comedown
On July 16th took a brown sugar pure mdma Molly, a few after effects but they went away
On July 26th took a blue dolphin (meth bomb) but I was also drunk and took a hit of weed from a pipe
Lately I have been feeling what I THINK is derealization, but people with dr/dp say they have no emotion, they barely have any control of what they are saying, and they have trouble concentrating. What I feel is just a slight sensation of being in a dream, slight confusion when I wake up, and trouble sleeping.
Was this from the weed or ecstasy?
I took 5-htp for a week and that helped the depression a lot. Now I just feel a slight feeling of not being myself, some troubles sleeping (melotonin helps though) waking up with dilated pupils(probably just because of dark room, not sure, just concerned) and tingling in my feet before falling asleep

There is no way to tell what kind of reaction you may have had to what are basically unknown substances.

I'm going to stick my European neck out a bit here and question this extreme paranoia in the states surrounding the MDMA and how toxic it is.

A massive amount of this substance has been consumed, millions were taking it in weekly in the UK during the 90's and it continues to be popular today.

I'm not saying that taking drugs like this is good for your health but the likelihood of a few doses causing permanent damage is patently extremely remote.

Anxiety is the main suspect here and probably driven by this totally unsubstantiated view that the substance is dangerously neurotoxic.

My advice would be to eat well, take some light exercise and try a few relaxation techniques ....more importantly don't worry so much you'll be fine...trust me I'm English :D

This +1

It's been 9 months ago since I took what supposedly was mdma (untested) and I got brain zaps, derealization for about two weeks which went away). An anxiety however was triggered and I was in denial for months until I was diagnosed yesterday with Anxiety disorder. I had been eating well, exercising and heck I even got a Healthy Living moderator on BL :D. Time is your bestfriend right now and if you need help with your condition I suggest CBT as it has helped some sufferers who recovered from mdma. Goodluck OP and stay away from mdma :)

Yeah ever since I started just accepting the feeling and ignoring it, it has decreased A LOT, thanks for the help as well, I appreciate it very much!
