CSI Star Arrested for Drugs

If you read his statement, he's trying to say he was just tired, the drug tests they ran on him came back negative, and the stuff they found wasn't his!
 
So wait, he slept in somebody else's car that just happened to have all these drugs inside ? Or was it his car and someone mysteriously dropped some dope into his car ? lol wut ?

It sounds like it was his car, but he had other peoples bags in the back seat or trunk and that's where the goodies were found.

Sucks, but I think the law is that you're responsible for whatever is found in your car. I don't really see him testing negative taking him completely off the hook. Probably affect the sentencing if he's found guilty...
 
'CSI' star Gary Dourdan charged with felony drug possession

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. (AP) — "CSI" co-star Gary Dourdan has been charged with felony possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy stemming from his arrest last month, prosecutors said.

The 41-year-old actor was arrested after police found him asleep in his car in Palm Springs on April 28. He was allegedly parked on the wrong side of the street with the car's interior light on.

Prosecutors said Dourdan is scheduled to appear in court in Indio, about 130 miles east of Los Angeles, on May 28. The criminal complaint was dated Tuesday.

A call to Dourdan's attorneys wasn't immediately returned early Thursday.

Dourdan has played crime scene investigator Warrick Brown on CBS' "CSI" since 2000.

Several celebrities were in Palm Springs for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in nearby Indio.
 
Damn, he had one hell of a stash on him. I would never be sleeping in my car with all that, but that's just me and my area. If you sleep in your car where I live, you're more than likely going to be getting some attention from the police unless you are in a friend's driveway or something like that.
 
^i just recently had a friend get arrested for heroin possesion because he passed out in his car lol. he took a bunch of xanax then blew a bunch of dope, got too wasted and had to be taken away in the ambulance. the cops ended up searching him too and found his dope and a bunch of xanax. long story short, dont get so fucked up in the car where you think you might pass out there...not a good idea.

That episode was filmed months ago and the script was written even longer than that.
