Hello blue light.
ive been taking an interest in body building recently and i want to start trying some BASIC supplements. ive read that creatine holds water in the muscles for longer, making the more dense and more productive. does anyone have any first person experience or another supplement worth trying? and is their any side affects that i have not read about? -thanks
about my self i am 18 (well matured) and on a steady diet. i have been lifting for 3-4 monthes now and want something that can boost my "game" a little.
