I'm going to pelvic floor therapy tomorrow and I'm going to buy some niacin. I hope this all helps my sexual dysfunction. Niacin is also good for your brain structurally and for neurotransmission.

i dont recommend it, i saw on the nootropics subreddit that alot of people got anhedonia from niacin.
How much did they take though? Was it nicotinic acid? Some people with PSSD were helped by it.

If I don't like your answer, well, maybe pelvic floor therapy will be enough to restore blood flow and feeling. That alone helped PSSD too.

sunbathe, tan, this improves your blood circulation naturally
The sun's rays generate heat and light which reinforce the general feeling of well-being and stimulate blood circulation. A little UV radiation is essential for the body, because it stimulates the production of vitamin D

I'd rather not, I'm on a medication for ulcerative colitis that makes me vulnerable to skin cancer and it makes me burn really easily. I like to go outside for a walk after dinner though.

I think I'm one of those freaks who gets over PSSD on their own. All I've done is take vitamin D for my deficiency and an allergy medicine that helped on accident. I added vitamin C and zinc because they help make oxytocin. Vitamin C also randomly helped someone with PSSD too, as it helps circulation and demethylates genes that get methylated by SSRIs.

I also think I have the withdrawal type of PSSD, which people usually recover from. The type that people get from "I got symptoms that just didn't go away when I got off the SSRI" that seems more stubborn. I got worsening genital numbness and everything else after the washout period. During washout, I improved and then I had a nosedive. I thought it was the lion's mane I took, but now I don't think so.

I've come a long way since Invega and Prozac. I probably just need patience. I tried to fix things from medication before and it just made it worse.

You probably already read what I'm about to say on some website or another, but in some cases PSSD is fixed by two years.

Im.over 6 months off and sex drive hasnt came back
Consider some things, my dear.
1) Prolactin levels may still be high. Or they may not be.
2) Histamine receptors may still be blocked. Sedation affecting sexual arousal. (For some, that heavy feeling in the brain may be an indication that such is the case.)
3) "Blockade of dopamine D2 receptors in the tuberoinfundibular pathway by antipsychotics may decrease the libido, impair arousal, and impair orgasm indirectly, by leading to elevated prolactin levels" (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3623530).
4) Inactivity in certain areas of your body may have led to some blockage or clogging, which most likely is temporary.
5) Other receptors in the body may be blocked other than those in the brain.
6) Hormonal imbalance.
All of these things appear to be fixable.
According to his testimony, Dr. Sebi's erectile dysfunction was cured on day 57 of his water fast (bluelight may not approve or encourage you to do any fast of this length. And Dr. Sebi's testimony may or may not be true, and may or may not apply to you or medication-induced sexual/erectile dysfunction).
Peace and Love!
😀❤️
