I always sleep between 5am and 7am but most of the time I sleep 5 hours my sleep isn't great but as long as I can sleep at least 5 hours it's fine and usually I take a nap during the day

I briefly had libido twice this week.

I took one dose of 500mg niacin, and before and after that 250 and I still have positive effects against emotional blunting from it. Other people could try it and see if it helps them. I didn't expect that, that wasn't supposed to be a benefit of niacin. I was just trying to demethylate my DNA, activate estrogen receptors, and help circulation and neurotransmission support, possibly nerve repair if any nerves are damaged. Pleasantly surprised. Things could just be lifting off on their own. I'm sure if I didn't smoke weed I would be having even more positive effects. But I had a bit of an emergency with allergies and I didn't trust any antihistamines and I already had some loratadine. Cannabis always helped my allergies before, no idea why. Probably because it's anti-inflammatory?

My parents burned some ragweed or a noxious plant and the smoke got into my room last week and it hurt my throat. You think smoking would make it worse, but it didn't. I really wish I could just throw weed at my problems again like I used to, but it reactivates my erogenous numbness for now. Good plant, I miss her.

If you sleep better you would feel better. Get some valarian root tea or maybe some CBD.

Ah, you’re talking about St. John’s wort! St. John's Wort has several benefits for the body and brain, mainly in the context of mental health and general well-being. Here are its effects:

1. Natural Antidepressant: It is often used to treat mild to moderate depression. It works by increasing the levels of neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine, which improves mood.

2. Anxiolytic: St. John's Wort helps reduce anxiety and stress by calming the mind and stabilizing emotions.

3. Improved sleep: Some people report that St. John's Wort can improve sleep quality, especially for those who suffer from insomnia related to anxiety or depression.

4. Anti-inflammatory: St. John's Wort has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help relieve certain body pains, such as muscle or joint pain.

5. Antioxidant effect: It contains flavonoids, which help protect the body against free radicals, thereby supporting cellular health and slowing down the signs of aging.

6. Immune system support: Thanks to its antiviral and antibacterial properties, it can help strengthen the immune system.

I keep finding people who have not %100 healed from either invega sustenna injection or risperdal consta injection. Person said 8 years passed by and still was dealing with memory failure and sexual Dysfunction.
I tell you again there are 9 threads on the bluelight platform with lots of healing stories 100% take a look, now they are making their lives he doesn't care about bluelight lol otherwise he would still be there complain, don't you think so 🤷🏻 everyone heals at different rates, most of them who don't recover took medication during their convalescence, antidepressants, benzodiazepines, etc
