Just got back from running. Feel my heart pumping and adrenaline rushing. Ran at 75% capacity I would say. Not much progress, but I’m keeping the routine running 2-3 times a week. It was a drag I didn’t think I would finish but I kept pushing. No soreness in the legs, nor was I too out of breath. Just slower overall than usual.

I’ve noticed I don’t sweat as much as I used to. Metabolism probably slowed due to invega. I for sure aint running as hard as I was before the injections.

Tomorrow is weights, heavy squats and bench press for reps. I will fight these side effects with all I have

I thought disability is not being able to work. We call that diferent in my countrie
It means money from the government because you are not able to work due to health issues

Working feels much better than being at home imo. Especially if you suffer from anhedonia you need something to make time go by and be social.

Sweet. What is your exercise routine like and what do you eat?
Wakeup, have a cheese and ham toast 300 calc. Go gym around 3pm. Burn 400 calories incline walking on treadmil. Eat a banana after gym followed with a meal chicken, potatoe and veggies 300 calorie, then have a yogurt protient 100 calorie, then some beef jerky 100g, then some prawns in a packet 150g, 100 calorie then thats about it. total around 700 calories a day

You have cut all desserts and sweets, that’s amazing. I crave sugar so much after invega. Maybe that’s why I’m not losing much weight. I just hope I can exercise hard enough to balance out my diet. I haven’t gained weight lately at least. I went from 70kg to 85kg. Now I’m around 80 but hit a plateu. I will need to cut sugars. I stopped drinking beers it’s just stupid only negative effects.

Incline walks are really clever as well. Doesn’t require too much energy and can be done daily. Burns alot of calories.

If you keep up this routine you will be very lean

My diet from now on shall consist mostly of chicken salads, cod with asparages and mashed potatoes, lean ground beef burritos with low calorie sauces, steak and vegetables, full grain bread with low fat cheese, sushi on weekends. No more processed foods. Zero calorie beverages. I’m ready to kick this drug’s ass.

Considering the fact that you consume such a small portion of calories and burn off the majority have you noticed yourself loosing weight from invega or no? Personally I wouldn't go to such an extreme even if our metabolism was destroyed by invega as it could do more harm then good. It depends on multiple factors but generally the average calorie intake, at least for me was supposed to be between 2K and 2.3K give or take depending on how much excercise I did which was effective at helping me loose weight beforehand but now it's not doing anything for me. I'll probably aim for somewhere around 1.5kcal as anything below that, especially 1k seems concerning.

Also I have decided that today is the day that I will finally fill out and return the letter that was sent to me by Janssen Pharmaceuticals, aka the company that developed Invega. I'm usually the type of person that dislikes leaving negative feedback or reviews for anything in general, but far too many of us including myself have suffered immensely from this horrible poison we were injected with, I even feel tempted to direct them to this website, as further evidence that dozens of people who have written hundreds upon hundreds of comments are all suffering similar if not identical side effects. Literally the only people I've heard that talk good about this "medication" are the psychiatrists that prescribed it, but of course they would since they never took it and are completely unaware of the horrible, devastating side effects it causes just about everyone to go through. I'm tired of seeing so many people feel hopeless and suicidal because of this, and feel saddened that new victims keep showing up on this forum every few days or so. So with that being said I will gladly, without any hesitation let them know just how much this caused me to suffer even if I have to write an essay-long complaint to them.

Today I was awoken by my cell phone ringing. I noticed that my heart was racing, and I was also breathing really hard. ( my fight and flight kicked in temporarily) it’s something that hasn’t happened in a long time. I am hoping that’s a sign of healing 🙂

I still disagree with your theory but we don't have to agree.
It is not mine theory, it is why APs were made that was the simplest and cheapest way to disable people from having delusions (and therefore causing problems), even tho it's very stupid and extremely damaging while also not solving the problem, just burying and delaying it. If you want documented evidence I can provide it since I have it, you can find it yourself anyways.

If you disable part of the "SSD drive"/brain many other "software" wont work, not only the targeted "impaired software"/delusion. Dopamine and serotonine were the only system they could disable to leave the disabling impact without turning off persons basic understanding because it would cause even more problems for them (the manufacturer) since the user would be behaving even more problematic. This is why they can't disable you from having delusions without removing interests and focus in/on other things, that being said they also can't remove interests without numbing and disabling the brains reward system which often results in suicidal ideation, absolute meaninglessness, absolute anhedonia and deepest depression - and if these don't happen almost immediatly these will build up for the antipsychotics user since damage and effects build-up over time of consumption.

@Senior Moderator if you decide to reply, please get straight to the point without trying to hang on specific words.
