For everyone talking about masterbation all the time being obsessed with it doing it every day can decrease dopamine try nofap it has many benefits to it like increased energy and dopamine which will help you get out to exercise

I actually never watched my diet so closely as I do now, I eliminated Gluten, Dairy and meat for the first time in my life. I only eat fruits, veggies and fish mostly, and guess what, I resolved a lifelong health issue along the way.

I believe diet is playing a crucial role in recovery, and exercise too, although I'm too weak nowdays to exercise like I used to before the injections.
Godspeed everyone!
That’s good changing your diet is a good start if you feel weak you can still do light exercise start with a walk in the park and build yourself up

Even a walk is a bit too much right now, it's sad because I used to be a very active guy, trained 5-6 times at the gym too.
What I'm doing while recovering is getting myself exposed to the sun for at least an hour everyday, I believe things grow and heal under sunlight and the body isn't different.
Nowdays it's a little harder to get sun exposure with the winter coming in.

How many shots did you get are you still on them if not how long have you been off?

I got 7 or 8 shots, 3 of them were at max dose at the beginning.
I'm thankfully not on them anymore, it's been almost 4 months since the last injection.
What about you?

I got 2 shots 1 234mg another 156mg 5 days later I’m 3 months 9 days off and I seem to be recovering pretty rapidly do you take any drugs or perscriptions?

Igy 7-8 shots is a lot so you might still be in that zombie like state it will pass though once it does try to exercise again I remember I didn’t exercise at all the first month
I'm not feeling like zombie tbh.
My major issues are sexual dysfunction and not feeling joy or senses from any activity.
I for sure will do street workouts once I feel ready to do so.
I believe there's no such thing as lazyness, but fatigue is the right term.

Yeah it’s the same with me I still have sexual dysfunction and no emotions from activities the fatigue has gone away about 60% for me though which is enough for me to run and lift.

That's good, the thing with this recovery is that it's a slow process.
But I believe you can expedite it by eating clean and being out in the sun.

You have been off almost a year is it still not working? How are you doing now
Ah good. Just been working out. I thought I was coming back and I woke up and my face was still numb so been working out. Such a slow acting drug.. it kills me. It sucks when ur numb for so long cos u realize how ur form has been shot for the last year. I’ve been walking around like someone has been controlling my movements lol? Literally hate my fam for 302ing me. I have an apt. Dec 19 for more adderall

I would be extra careful taking stimulants if you've been put on this shot. They can really tax one's clarity of mind. From what I've seen. I think that most people recover by proactive habits more than getting direct advice. Living life more than trying to decipher exactly what's going on. Everything in moderation, I suppose.

I'm not on this forum as much as before anymore as I am nearly recovered now after 13 months, but just checking every now and then.

Can anyone feel the effects of adderal after invega

I could feel the effects of ritalin again at 11.5 months off. It fully works to me now.
But I am a bit hesitant to take it.
I wonder if it is good for your brain as it is still recovering?

Also, I am a bit suspicious about methylphenidate and I think it played a role in my psychosis, it might have even led to it - even though I never used too much of it - I don't sleep as well with ritalin and it makes me jittery.

I just take more coffee and I take pauses regularly (in which I take walks).

How many shots did u have?

I received 2 loading injections in May 2021 and I left the hospital after that I received another 3 of 100, 75 and 50 and switched to abilify, August 10 was my last injection of the so-called xeplion here in Europe after that I have improved in many aspects but I'm still very off after 16 months although it may be the abilify that doesn't let me fully recover I have flat emotions some anhedonia and some other effects. I thank everyone who updates here, it helps me a lot to those who are going through this, stay strong, it improves with time. I have 5 months left to finish the treatment, I will update on occasions when I feel more improvements.

And another thing, they are studying new drugs that do not block dopamine. It will take a few years to come out but some are already in phase 3. They have asked me to participate to try one that they say can be very good for negative symptoms, whether they are caused by the disease or by medication such as invega. Its mechanism of action is inverse agonism of 5ht2a and to a lesser extent of 5ht2c, from the little that I know this could remove the dopamine brake in a certain area of the brain. can be hopeful
