TOO MANY HOES IN MY MOTHAFUCKING MEAL
So when I move my left arm back and forth I get this loud clicking sound and it's like something in my shoulder pops. It doesn't hurt but it's a bit annoying and yes sometimes my left shoulder hurts a bit but I don't know if it's related.
opinions?

Same here, although it's a crunching effect. Left arm for me, indeed.

Two years ago when I started training, I would get clicking sounds in my elbows, shoulders and sometimes wrists. I then started to notice that it only happens during the beginning of my workouts. Once you start training frequently enough with good form, any clicking sounds should go away. Some people just can't do certain exercises. I can't do skullcrushers for example, they're too hard on my elbows. I can do cable tricep extensions though without any issue, but can't do them overhead.
Are you shoulders rolled forward?

It's probably nothing, make sure you are using correct technique if you are training upper body exercises.

Start worrying when it looks like this=D:

^ yuck, no my shouldrr looks pretty normal, the only thing that bothers me is the pain (faint, but annoying) that I get sometimes under the scapula. does anyone know if it might be related? and maybe some kind of stretching exercise to fix this or atleast diminish it (along with the shoulder blade pain)?

^how long has the pain been going on? Would you consider having it checked up?

I get clicking sounds on my right arm that would usually happen after weights or dumbbell workout sessions but I dont feel any pain. Like what flyhighk said, any clicking form should diminish once the training is consistently in good form but if you are experiencing any pain and it has been going on for a while it wouldn't hurt to have it checked up.

Clicking can be anything from the soft tissue to the bone, hard to say. If there's any pain though, you should stop. And if there's improper joint alignment, exercising it can make the problem worse. I used to get that clicking thing when I did bicep curls and when I went to a chiropractor he slammed my shoulder back into place on his drop table. My shoulder made a small cracking sound when he did it, and the pain was gone after that.

Make sure you stretch thoroughly if your shoulder has a tendency to ache. Sometimes that can help.
