I've been reading up a bit on the marijuana/testosterone loss correlation and I do agree with Blowmonkey. Both from what research shows AND from my own personal experience, I believe chronic smoking does reduce testosterone levels. My question for you is, how would one offset these effects? I've read going to the gym regularly boosts your testosterone levels, any additional suggestions?
