it is an ortosteric or allosteric antagonist? for the dopaminergic neurons? if ti's ortosteric, it is reversible or not reversibile? i mean, it is a competetive or a non competetive antagonist? i need to know that thank you very much for the answer.:)
 
orthosteric antagonist. it competes with dopamine for the same binding site. it is a reversible ligand because it does not form a permanent bond with the protien.
