Child porn. How to know *for sure* that teen doesnt = child?

This witch hunt for child porn has officials totally losing sight of what should be their primary focus.
To prevent child abuse at the source.

kyk, what absolute bs. Passive pedophiles who want to avoid feeling guilty about their tastes often rationalize that since they themselves might not produce the child pornography and are merely passive viewers, they are thus not responsible for kiddie porn. This is a similar rationalization that active pedophiles use when arguing they were "seduced" by the child, or that children are sentient "sexual beings", as NAMBLA propagandizes. So just who is the product for then? No market, no kiddie porn produced. BTW, all that talk about society "rehabbing" pedophiles? You must be kidding. There is no such thing as rehabilitation for pedophiles; which is why separation from the society of children is the ONLY safe course of action with pedophiles.

#1. Remove your PC's harddrive. Do not try to Fdisk, reformatt etc.
#2. Go buy a new harddrive and start from scratch with a new OS install.
#3. Call any credit cards you used to pay for that site, report them stolen BEFORE the sign-up date of the website.
#4. Never mention ANYTHING about it to anyone.
#5. No longer visit ANY porn site, adult book shop, etc.. EVER.
Granted this is a worst case issue.. but if you really are suspect.. that's the advice.

what is the point of not formatting your hardrive? if its simply sitting out on your desk un-wiped its just as incriminating as if it was in your computer.
note: dont use a single format if you want it to be completely erased....use DiskWipe or other utilities to wipe it to NSA Data Clearance standards where the disk is formatted 3 times with random binary data written to the drive after each pass (note: depending on speed and size of the disk this can take a LONG time...like 5-10+hours for a 100gig+ disk...it is not something to be thinking about when the cops are banging on your door....in that case, shoot the disk with a shotgun or place a few very very powerfull magnets on it and move them around.
