We've all seen cases of a dealer or friend being charged for manslaughter or simular charges when the drug they supplied causes a fatal overdose, but is this only for illegal drugs. What about a legal high store that was selling drugs that were completely legal, and they happened to cause a death?

Depends if that drug is alcohol. No? Then let's cause a big deal and outlaw the substance and jail the "dealer".

Lets just say piperazines weren't illegal now in Australia. And you could sell them openly like in New Zealand. You ran a shop that sold them and someone ended up dieing from them alone. Could the legal high shop owner or the company who made the pills be charged with enabling or manslaughter.

^nope.....as long as there is suitable warnings on the packaging. Illegal drugs is a completely different kettle of fish...drug dealers are considered as the cause of the problem, ragarless of the user situation.
