No, I viewed it. It was fairly hilarious I guess. I'm just a bit put out about how much our society and gov't suck nacho covered dicks when I was watching it.

I thought this was well done, and that some here would get a kick out of it:

To be fair, it doesn't take any work at all to debunk anything featured on TrueTV or Youtube videos. Although, the part about conspiracy theorists treating "question as answers' is totally spot-on and one of the main reasons why arguing with those people is so frustrating.

This is really tough to watch, especially if you love animals. Nevertheless, I think every American needs to watch it:

This shit needs to stop. These cops need to be harassed and persecuted until no cop ever dreams of doing this shit again.

^that squirrel had rabies supposedly. It's not at all comparable to what was done to the Rottweiler.

This is more than a silly "fuck tha police" rant. This will bubble over into action.

^ "Supposedly" is right, since squirrels almost never contract the disease.

I would say an excited Rottweiler jumping at an officer who is arresting his owner is a wee bit more intimidating than a tiny baby squirrel that was "acting strange". I'm not saying I disagree with you that the officer acted rashly, but if you think that dog video is any more ridiculous than the one I posted, I really do think you need a bit of perspective. Police are human beings - they make mistakes. They are taught to be constantly vigilant because, at any moment, their lives may be put at serious risk. Given the fact that the officers were conducting a raid in a neighborhood that is likely unfriendly to police, and given that Rottweilers have a reputation for being mean, aggressive dogs that are extremely loyal to their owners - if I was in the cop's place, I too would be worried for my safety.

Does that excuse his behavior? No. But it's far more reasonable than the narrative that this cop is some trigger-happy dog murderer.

"Silly 'fuck tha police' rants" are exactly what this video has spawned, and I say this as someone who fucking hates police.

Honestly, I'm more outraged over the man getting arrested (even if he did talk smack to the cops) than his dog getting shot.
