I honestly hate going to my local Thai place because of this. I always have to say, "No. When I say hot. I mean, actually the way I had it IN Thailand, not that crap you give most white people." And then bring it out American "Hot" and I have to send it back.

If it doesn't come with a couple of little serving dishes of pepper sauces then I'm not playing the game.

@Infernal sending a meal back will 99% of the time result in them throwing it away 😢
If something is not to my liking when I order food or go to a restaurant I try to accept it or change things about it, like in this case I would ask for them to put some hot sauce on top of it. But thinking about how many millions of people are starving I just can't stomach throwing perfectly fine food away just because there's some minor problem with it..

You don't think it was orchestrated to take a fall so Sanders, someone so extreme he can't win on the ballot vs Trump, will lose?

If I was trump I'd totally pay Warren to lie a bunch.

She was the bigger threat to Trump.

Trump: "Biden got his son a job in Ukraine! Nepotist!" [pot calling the kettle black]
Trump: "Warren lies!" [WaPo has 4k known lies Trump has said]
Trump: "Sanders is a socialist!" [slippery slope fallacy comparing socialism to USSR/SU type communism]

I mean, this is an easy one guys. This is why Trump's going to get re-elected.

As long as that essential contradiction exists within the party, with the party establishment trying to harness the energy of the progressive left while continuing their corrupt business model that Sanders and co. are dead-set against, it's gonna be an uphill battle to beat Trump IMO. That's what Trump is quite good at, is recognizing hypocrisy or general bullshit and then calling it out. In a totally cynical, self-interested and in-bad-faith-kinda way, but still.

But people will say, Trump is the ultimate bullshitter and hypocrite! To which I say, exactly! You can't bullshit a bullshitter and Trump could teach a masterclass on that subject. That's why I think that Sanders is their best shot. He comes across as genuine, his political orientation has been more-or-less consistent throughout his career, and his campaign is very policy-driven IMO. The only way to beat Trump is to swamp him with a massive turnout, and Sanders is the only candidate to energize the youth and other segments of the population for the Democratic ticket

The progressives need to launch an insurrection within the Democratic Party and seize power lol. Just like the Trump-aligned faction did in the GOP during 2016 and since then. Trump tore through the rest of the Republican stooges like wet tissue paper in 2016 primary, and yet the Democrats still want to act like traditional "establishment politics" has a shred of value whatsoever, after half of voters elected a reality show star/carnival barker to be president. They're such ball-less wonders, whatever it takes to keep the donors happy I guess. They're betting that if they just raise the specter of the bad orange man enough times during the general people will vote for them because they have essentially no other choice, but that ain't gonna work
 
The concern about Sanders that I think is legit is that he can’t turn out a large part of the base... the elderly. Old people are scared of socialism, regardless of what it might mean for them. And they vote.
This is political analysis, not my personal opinion, but short of some catastrophe, I think Biden will sweep Super Tuesday.

He is a social democrat, since when is that extreme? US citizens are so incredibly brainwashed, it's frightening. As far as I understand US politics he is the far left of your political spectrum, and thus may be considered unelectable by some, but he is the only dem that has a chance of winning against Trump. The orange fascist is proof that your country is fed up neoliberal corporate shills.

The right use a slippery slope fallacy to equate social democrats MUST THEN QUICKLY TURN TO socialism, and then to say it MUST THEN QUICKLY TURN TO communism, and then OH NOES WE'RE LIVING IN THE USSR.

No, slippery slope fallacies are not valid arguments. It's just what Trump tactics are, and what works on stupid people (i.e. WHAT YOUR PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM PRODUCED) well, not yours, you're not American. Needless to say if PUBLIC SCHOOLS raised an ENTIRE GENERATION to vote for Trump by TENS OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE you have to start questioning 1) if your political beliefs are wrong, or 2) if public school isn't raising the public to learn to vote for their best interests.

#2 is obviously more likely. I don't hate the leftist-leaning friends I have on here or their ideas. <3

Actually no democrats stand a chance in hell.

GOVERNOR INSLEE had a chance when he made global climate change his #1 priority. I CARE ABOUT PLANET EARTH and trust the left to take care of planet earth more than eco-terrorists like Trump.

When Inslee dropped out, I KNEW it was set in stone: Trump has to get re-elected. It's tragic but real. I am sorry. Go make a bet that Trump will get re-elected and make a bunch of $. I assure you it's going to happen.

Many leftist thinkers I speak to where I live admit this, and are scared and are planning for 4 more years of growing the federal deficit for a War on Mexicans. :(

Yeah like I was going to sarcastically say how white privilege didn't exist or some orange-skinned freak wouldn't have won against Hillary, an actual white person who seemed to care JUST A LITTLE MORE about Planet Earth, the federal deficit, and the whole of American society.

White people aren't the problem. Freaks from New Jersey who are addicted to tanning beds and Diet Coke are the problem. <3
