If you wealth equalized across the globe I would have NOTHING.

Actually I might "net" a few thousand, because I'm a legit poor.

But all my friends, family stand to lose BOOKOO BUCKS $$$$$$$$$$ and I would rather them do well. Money doesn't make me happy. Why be so envious over other people's possessions?

You're able to eat, aren't you? Poverty used to be measured on if you were literally starving at night, or able to eat. I'm not starving. I don't need more money. Let 'em have it.

Is it envy if we're angry about the fact that a couple of assholes hoards more wealth than they would ever be able to spend while millions of people die from hunger, thirst or preventable diseases every year?
It's called empathy and compassion. Something you liberals seem to be completely devoid of.
But it's not a surprise to me that you think it's envy, since such traits are ingrained in the liberal mindset, fueled by capitalism. I'm able to eat, yes, but a ton of people aren't. Am I supposed to simply not give a shit? What a disgusting way to think about the world.

Btw this reminds me of my favourite poem. It's called "An die Nachgeborenen" by Bertolt Brecht. It was written during WWII, but it's still relevant.
Here's the translation of the first (and most powerful) part of the three parts:

I dare you to explain to me why my life is worth living in a world of 7 billion people over-consuming and destroying Planet Earth. What makes me so special?

You may even be smarter than I am, but you'll never be able to justify my existence on Planet Earth in a justifiable way. I'm sorry, you cannot. Not for a lack of trying or brain cells. I promise. You may be 10x smarter than me, but I know who I am, I know the life I've lived. I'm smart enough to understand science/math (so are you). I just don't let a love for human society blind me to larger realities (which is probably eternal optimism, something most highly intelligent people have but I do not).

No. I love nature. I love the ACTUAL world, before human kind came by, cut down on all the trees, caused a cascade of ecological crisis and then created an end-game where we cannot self-sustain.

I hope you like the taste of Soilent Green and 140+ degrees F of unlivable temperatures in previously livable megacities like Doha.

What do you think the future generations will eat, do in unlivably hot conditions without drinking water, salt water eroding the beaches that will never exist again? What then? While the rich are then wealth-inequality maximized, living on the mountain tops actively trying to kill off the rest of us?

Trying to sustain Judeochristianity, modern human societies, etc. IS the ultimate disgusting world view to me. I am sorry. Let most of us die so we may return to nature.

Food doesn't just BELONG to people because they NEED it. What happens if I need your heroin, benzos, etc? I can just take them and you'll let me have them? ;) Come on. People don't deserve food just because they're alive. TOTALLY UNSUSTAINABLE. At that rate we will have nothing but Humans to eat in a few thousand years.
