While it is true, that we're in a different stage of capitalism as the one Marx described, his description and predictions are still correct. To be correct, it's astonishing how correct an over 170 year old theory still is in our modern times.

That's called social democracy, which is neither social nor democratic. Capitalism is an inherently oppressive system, which has to be dismantled in order to free the people.
 
Which conditions do you have in mind? I can't see how rich assholes will just stop corrupting the government. Also capitalism is inherently exploitative. There can be no capitalism without it, and therefore there can be no "well working" capitalism. And what do you define as well working? Nobody has to starve, nobody is exploited, everyone's happy? This system is created for a small minority and the rest apparently has to fuck themselves
