Btw I looked it up because I thought Manning was in jail. And well, she apparently is, until she agrees to testify or Bernie gets elected and releases her. Presidents can do that in your country, right?

Very nice catch Neopunk. I found a reference as late as July 30 confirming that she is indeed back in jail as of May 2019.

So she was out and put in on new charges, not the same indefinite hold then. They should probably just let her have her freedom.
