I've heard through the grapevine that this outdoor was real, it was in Croatia, an ad from an English language school. If you see at the upper part, it is written "Zagreb" (Croatia's capital)

simple research will show you that his uncle really was a scientist and that it seems to be an attributable quote. I'm pretty sure they have him on video saying it I'm just being lazy
