The meme was supposed to be about them hating semi-auto rifles ie. AR-15, Ak-47, etc. etc. (not just the Ak, though that is what is pictured). Though I'm sure all don't hate them, it was simply meant as "satire".

It certainly is a beautiful weapon though.
