You could literally ad-infinitum morally defend, like a defense attorney whose soul is worth $500/hour (or a negotiable rate if you've got good good for barter), every amoral/immoral indefensible act (if there are any?) with the "Some people did something" quote/meme.
It could get bizarre/insane to the point of philosophically deep.
Or maybe I do a 50% cut out of just Omar with the "Some people did something" like a small talk box/bubble, and I can overlay that on the horrors of internationalist history and basically just excuse all human behavior.
Like one big prayer for forgiveness to Jesus on the behalf of seven billion humans. Yeah, I could do that. Y'all are good peeps and deserve a 2nd chance unless you're RF/DPRK/PRC autocratic leeches.
