And, to CH's point about shithole cities of America.....we could add NYC, Baltimore, San Fran, and perhaps LA. I love most of these places, but they are unarguably some of the worst in America for safety and taking care of the locals.

Not really... All the cities have huge populations of impoverished, mostly black, who are going to vote Democrat. In a country with a quickly shrinking middle class across the board and less chance of advancement. it becomes difficult to place the problem directly on the shoulders of locally elected officials...because these types of people are doing so much better under areas that are Republican strongholds..right? This is more of an American problem.
 
@Captain.Heroin How about this one. Him defending the stance of not allowing abortions in cases of rape or incest.
