My original username is Stargazer- and its impossible for me to sign in w it. I had to create a new account- obviously lol.
At first it said my password was wrong - ok-,tried to request a new one. It kept saying I got the sequence of letters and numbers wrong (to prove Im not a computer). They weren't wrong.
Then when I entered my email it said it wasn't recognized- I only have two email accounts-so it can only be one of them.
Fir the hell of it I tried to login under Stargazer yest. It said something like "if you are Stargazer...click here for new password ". I did, gave my email address...the email salutation was "Dear 10YearsGone"...uuuugggg!!!! It did indeed reset my password- but not for my Stargazer account.
Im using an iPhone-maybe this us the reason? I dont have access to a desktop or laptop right now. I am trying to get into my original account. Is there a way tech support can help w this? Thanks so much. Stargazer
