Cannabis and epilepsy?

Currently reading an article on cannabis and epilepsy.

Is there anyone with epilepsy on here who also uses cannabis?

Does it help or hinder with seizures?

I'm not epileptic and don't know much about it, but at one point I lived next to someone who was. Weed tended to cause him to have a seizure, but it was sort of random. Mostly it did, sometimes it didn't.
