has anyone noticed this? in the UK canabbis is class B but canabbis oil is class A. what do people use the oil for? i cant say iv ever seenb or heard of it being for sale anywhere either.. whats the crack with it?

1) It's very potent
2) Health issues with people making bunk oil out of 70% iso, ect...

Last I checked, you can't even buy it in the netherlands...it's legal in dispensaries in the states though.

god i haven't had oil for years,
probably class A because your taking the plant and processing (think that's the correct word someone will correct if its wrong) it into a stronger form of cannabis,
you would buy it in grams rather than scores,
its a thick gooey oil & put a bit on end of a knife heat underneath till it runs then mix it in tobacco in your hand then roll a joint,
some people spread it on the skins but i personally preferred mixing into tobacco

Because the UK government are twats and don't know anything about cannabis, it's risks and how to implement drugs policy that actually works.

Good cannabis oil that's well made is safer than 'herbal cannabis' or resin since you need far less of it to achieve the same effect.

Although soapbar hash is dangerous since they use boot polish etc. to make it, hash as a whole isn't class A. Drug prohibition is a farce and the government are not making sensible use of the drug classification system, which is actually quite elegant in design and meant to actually protect people from the relative dangers of recreational drugs.

No, both are class B.
1. This circular draws attention to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (amendment) order 2008 that reclassifies cannabis, cannabis resin, cannabinol and its derivatives from Class C to Class B drugs under Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, including any preparation or other product containing these substances. In addition, any substance which is an ester or ether either of cannabinol or of a cannabinol derivative is reclassified as a Class B drug. (As a result of these changes, it should be noted that cannabis oil is also subject to control as a Class B drug.)

2. The reclassification comes into force on 26 January 2009. The order, like the act it amends, applies to the whole of the United Kingdom. The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Modification) (no. 2) order 2003 (S.I. 2003/3201), which reclassified cannabinol and cannabinol derivatives and cannabis and cannabis resin as Class C drugs in Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 with effect from 29 January 2004, has been revoked. Accordingly, this circular supersedes Home Office circular 005/2004.

Glad to see someone who lives in the UK actually pays attention to the laws where they live.

This is another reason why I have great respect for you Yerg.
