Can weed increase your tobacco addiction?

I smoke a lot more cigarettes after smoking weed. One triggers the other. But, I am very addicted to nicotine.

When I started smoking weed, I was taught to mix the weed w/tobacco and roll a joint/spliff. After I stopped smoking cigarettes I fell out of smoking weed for a while until I discovered bongs.

I felt that mixing tobacco and weed can definitely increase the addiction potential of the former.

Never mixed weed/tobacco in a bong - that would screw up the taste of all my glass and probably start me on cigarettes again.

Of course it can...

Plain cannabis is barely addictive for me, i smoke or vape it pure most of the year when i feel like doing it...

But for some reason i end up smoking a spliff with baccy and I get hooked like a mofo.
Then im styck for awhile untill i can throw the tobacco away...

When I smoked cigs I would not smoke any after smoking weed. The two together usually made me slightly nauseous.
