Just read this, it was originally intended to relax the heart or something, and reduce the work load but then they found out it gives u better erections lol but coke is known for its vasocontrictive properties which is essentially what makes it so dangerous to the heart... but read this about viagra (sindelfil is the actual chemical name)

Pulmonary hypertension
As well as erectile dysfunction, sildenafil citrate is also effective in the rare disease pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It relaxes the arterial wall, leading to decreased pulmonary arterial resistance and pressure. This, in turn, reduces the workload of the right ventricle of the heart and improves symptoms of right-sided heart failure.

Read more if you want on wiki here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sildenafil

hmm and it seems to be known for causing hypotension, which essentially means lowering blood pressure, coke raises your blood presure right so this could be a counter making cocaine possibly less toxic overall to your heart?

Sorry if im just jibbering but im not talking about high doses, maybe just half a regular dose, 25 or 50mg.

i wouldn't doubt it^, was just wondering after i read that bit :P Why is viagra hard on the heart though, i'm genuinely interested.

edit: probabley also wasnt a good idea to pop a viagra at 6am in the morning after 12 drinks and a gram of blow over the night lol, cause i wanted to help my comedown by jacking off but couldnt get hard xD

ugg hr of 140 atm...

hmm yes that makes sense.

One more question i've always wondered, I thought working out the heart to an elevated heart rate (via excersize), for about 20 minutes a day was actually healthy for it and made it stronger.

So could elevated heart rate caused by drugs, if they are only for short periods of time, could they not actually make it stronger?

edit:! i have officially achieved erection lols

If Stims could make your heart stronger (which I'm not saying occasional use couldn't, I dont know much on the subject), it seems like the ones to use would be prescription pharmaceuticals, NOT Cocaine, which no matter how pure your product is, still has a good chance of containing levemasole-and thats not good for anything.

I kind of LOL'd at this idea, Viagra+Cocaine-- the most lame speedball known to man!

But in all seriousness, I do understand the question, it is interesting, but I wouldnt try it personally.

I used both, I’d be very careful with that combination. I have more experience with Viagra (sildenafil) than anything else, but I usually avoid commenting too much on mixing it with other substances because the interaction can be unpredictable. Cocaine already stresses the cardiovascular system by constricting blood vessels and raising heart rate and blood pressure, while sildenafil changes blood pressure and blood flow in the opposite direction. That push-pull effect doesn’t necessarily “cancel out”, it can actually make things harder for the heart.

By the way, I recently found a reliable pharmacy where I order good-quality and effective Viagraviteron.com/viagra. Delivery is very fast, and they often have nice discounts, so I’d recommend checking it out. I’ve ordered from them a few times already and everything arrived without issues, which is honestly rare these days. The quality feels consistent, and the whole process is pretty straightforward, so it saves a lot of hassle compared to searching around. 👍

Even at smaller doses like 25–50 mg, you’re still combining two drugs that affect the heart and circulation in different ways. Personally, I wouldn’t rely on sildenafil to balance out cocaine’s effects. The safer approach is simply not mixing them, your heart will thank you for it.
