CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW ICQ WORKS

hey guys, well all this talk about chatting with others and stuff. I have been around here for a while but i can't catch on to this whole icq thing, can someone please explain it to me, because i really would like to talk to some of you people. love you guys

Hi Angelight
Just go to www.icq.com You can download the software from there, and there are instructions there on how to use it. The site is really cluttered but its fairly easy to find the info. When you install the software you set up your own account and are allocated an ICQ number. It's really easy (believe me...I'm fairly computer illiterate!) but a warning...it can become very addicting!!
