Im normally quite a happy person but I have noticed sinse I first tried aMT nearly 12 months ago I feel quite down and think a lot about my next 'trip' with aMT or whatever drug I fancy. I havent abused chems recently and space out at least every 2 months.

I feel tired more often now and can't concentrate on things for to long, struggle to remember things when I talk with people and never happy with anything I have. I also feel really sub concious of my body, clothes and everything.

Not sure if it is aMT that has caused this but its the only chem I have done for 12 months, 50 mg 3 times in total.

I have abused Methedrone in the past.

Please sensible feedback please.

I think that it's safe to assume that this drug affected you this way. RCs can do that which is why they're so dangerous, there's no telling how people might react to it. Try to give it some time as damage caused by psychedelics usually won't be permanent. If they persist, then I would see a doctor about it.

I thought I wouldn't get negative effects if I spaced out dosing? I still have around 200mg left I think I may bin.

Btw what can a doctor do? I don't want to be put on antidepressants they made me worse before and don't have time for counciling, struggle for time as it is!

I believe any drug that alters your mindset can cause a ripple effect in moods. It's like the circle of karma. Anything you are doing to alter yourself into a different state than what is normal will have after effects you have to deal with.

It might not be noticeable like mephedrones high and then comedown. But it will have it's own unique way of altering you for some time after. What goes up must come down.

True. But it's very likely that it could have affected him somehow differently. I know a lot of people (including myself) that got HPPD after their first psilocybin experience.

well, what antidepressant did you try before? you could try a different one, a different type (maoi, tricyclic, ssri are the three main types i think).

there are also a lot of things you can do yourself, such as exercise, regular sleep pattern, eating healthily, reading self help books on cognitive behavioural therapy and depression.
