Im not sure that it will cut out all of the illegal trade?
if growing and selling is still profitable i cant really see them stopping

rum running isn't exactly profitable anymore, nor is moonshinning. Prohibition does not work. I dout this initiative will pass in 2010, but in 2012?...2014?...fuck yeah. Each wave that breaks etches the cliff downside more

agreed.. PERHAPS 2010 if most of Obama's main initiatives were underway producing results and he wasn't such a pussy to speak for himself. Remember the first ever online townhall meeting for the whole country? The number #1 question asked by all americans (the majority), was if he would legalize weed...he essentially scoffed it off and attributed all the online posters to being burnout losers

EDIT: nm, 2012 is my MAYBE....that is if Obama get's some shit done like now, which he actually recently has been. But the first black president legalizing weed? Come people. "See! That's what happens when you have a black president!" ...then Sarah Palin comes in and legalizes free back alley abortions..cuz she would never do anything like that...right? She's a "pro-lifer"..unlike me...I'm for women's rights and abortion, so I guess I'm an "anti-lifer.
