Hey guys. I recently started 5htp 100mg x 3 times a day. Ive had a bit of a gyno attack from prev aas use so I took 1.25 mg of bromocriptine. About 3 hours later took my third dose of 5htp and headed to bed. About an hour later feet and hands started to be clamy. I have a stimulated / tingly feeling through out my body, dry mouth and anxiety. I cant sleep atm 4 hours after the 5htp dose. Is there a risk I have caused some serotonin syndrome to myself? HR is only about 80 and no large amount of perspiration minus clamy hands and feet. No vomiting. I doubt i should seek help as it hasn't worsened over the past 2 hours but feel uneasy and could use some advice. Thanks.
